Triveni Ghat :- In Rishikesh Triveni Ghat is located in the middle of the town and is the mostly famous bathing

ghat in Rishikesh. The ghat is perfect for a bathe in the sacred waters of the Ganga, with its contemporary descriptions of Hindu divinity and pallid grimy beach. In evening the grand arati ceremony with lamps is significance watching for the pilgrimage feeling.
Bharat Mandir - Bharat Mandir is alos in Rishikesh located near the Triveni Ghat and supposed to be the oldest shrine in Rishikesh. The temple's supervene divinity is a black stone Vishnu, which is supposed to have been sacred by Adi Shankaracharya in the 9th century when he stayed in Rishikesh.
Lakshman Jhula - In Rishikesh It is thehanging Irom bridge and constructed above the Ganges. It is named after the Laxman, brother of Lord Rama. On both the side of Lakshman Jhula teples are there. You can take pleasure in the fantastic environment and the cool gentle wind over the Ganges while passing the River from the

Haridwar Travel
Haridwar is situated approximately 24 kms from Rishikesh in the north state of Uttaranchal. It is one of the holiest pilgrimage place for the people belongs to Hinduism. Haridwar is also known as the “Gateway to the Gods” because of its geographical location which is believed to be the place where God left their footprints. It is also important city as it serves as a gateway to other three important and holiest places i.e. Rishikesh, Badrinath and Kedarnath. Every evening thousands of people gather on the ghats of river Ganga to attain the grand aarti ceremony. Tourist can be easily reached Haridwar by Superfast shatbdi train which runs daily from Delhi Railway station and it also well connected by road to other cities of North Indian State. Dehradun Travel
Dehradun which is also known as a Doon Valley is one of the oldest city in India. Dehradun is a very beautiful
hill station and also the capital of Uttaranchal Pradesh . The city is believed to have been founded by Guru Dronacharya (as per the Hindu Epic of Mahabharata). The city is visited by a large number of international as well as domestic tourists every year. Its location is the main factor that’s ways even during summers, it is not so much warm. Chila wild Life Sanctuary
Chila Wildlife Sanctuary is just 21 kms away from Rishikesh. It is a part of Rajaji National Park spread over an area of 240 Sq. Km. Annually thousand of foreign as well as domestic people visit the sanctuary because it is like a haven for wildlife lovers. It has 23 species of mammals and 315 fauna species include elephants, spotted deer, stag deer, blue bull, wild boar, fox, porcupine, jungle fowls and peacocks. Beside these, migratory birds are also seen on the river Ganga. The best time to visit sanctuary is from 15 November to 15 June.

How to reach Rishikesh
By Air : The hilly town of Rishikesh is located in the Garhwal region of Uttaranchal. There is no airport in the
town. But the nearest airport at Jolly Grant in Dehradun the capital city of the state. The airport is only 35kms away from Rishikesh.
By Road : An extensive network of roads connects Rishikesh to the other cities in Uttaranchal and India, namely : Haridwar, Agra, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Delhi and Nainital.
By Rail : The nearest railhead from Rishikesh is Haridwar. Haridwar is a major railway station in the region. Many express, mail and tourist trains link Haridwar to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Allahabad and so on.
